How to book COVID-19 test?
To reduce unnecessary wait times and to enable adequate time for our staff to perform disinfection protocols between appointments, we are requesting customers to book appointments on-line. There is no requirement to have a signed physician requisition in order to book the test, Alpha will provide a requisition as part of the appointment process.
