Alpha Laboratories holds an Accreditation Canada Diagnostics ISO 15189 Plus™ 4-year accreditation certificate.

The AC Diagnostics ISO 15189 Plus™ accreditation requirements are based on ISO 15189 and are augmented with international standards for safety, national standards, government regulation and generally accepted principles of good practice. This accreditation is recognized world-wide due to the Mutual Recognition Arrangement with ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation).
