How do I book a Mobile Lab visit?
You can book a Mobile Lab appointment by:
• Calling: 416-449-2166 (Select Option "1" and then Press "4")
• Emailing: patient@alphalabs.ca
Once we receive your booking request, a member of our Client Services team will contact you within 3 business days to arrange an appointment date and time that works best for both the patient and our team. At this time, we are unable to guarantee specific appointment dates or times at the time of booking.
If you require any accommodations or have special instructions that may affect the visit such as mobility limitations, building access requirements, safety considerations, or the presence of pets, please let us know when booking your appointment so we can make the necessary arrangements and ensure a smooth home visit experience.
